Risk Communication

The real-time exchange of information, advice and opinions among experts, community leaders or officials and the people who are at risk or who have a direct influence on risk mitigation due to their practices or behavior. Risk communication ensures that people and communities are aware of current threats and can be used to promote behaviors to reduce ongoing risks.
